Allthings Artful – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Allthings Artful website and the purchase of any products or services offered through our store. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

Allthings Artful reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the artwork, content, or services without express written permission.

2. Custom Commissioned Artwork

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any commissioned painting.

Commissioned artwork is custom-created specifically for the client and is therefore final sale.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the artwork is shipped or delivered.

No cancellations are permitted once production has begun.

Allthings Artful reserves the right to document production progress and provide such documentation in the event of a payment dispute.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before shipment of any product.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Original paintings are shipped insured and may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Allthings Artful and/or its artist collaborators.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for custom or delivered artwork.

In the event of a dispute, Allthings Artful reserves the right to provide signed agreements, communication records, production documentation, and proof of delivery to payment processors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Allthings Artful shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
