Allthings Artful – Shipping Policy

At Allthings Artful, we take great care in packaging and shipping each artwork to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

1. Processing Times

Ready-made artwork and prints are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom commissioned paintings require a production timeline that will be communicated directly to the client at the time of order. Production does not begin until the 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.

2. Shipping Methods

Original paintings are professionally packaged and shipped insured.

Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for original artwork.

Shipping carriers are selected based on destination, size, and value of the artwork.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Allthings Artful is not responsible for carrier delays once the artwork has been transferred to the shipping provider.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

In the event of shipping damage, customers must notify us within 48 hours and provide clear photographic documentation of the packaging and artwork.<
