Allthings Artful – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 24, 2026

At Allthings Artful, each artwork is carefully produced and handled with the highest level of care and craftsmanship.

1. Custom Commissioned Artwork

All custom commissioned paintings require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the client, all custom artwork sales are final.

Deposits are non-refundable once the artist has begun work.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Custom artwork is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

2. Ready-Made Artwork & Prints

Due to the nature of fine art and made-to-order production, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

3. Damaged Items

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photographs of packaging and damage must be provided.
  • Artwork must remain in original packaging if requested for inspection.

Original paintings are shipped insured and may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Allthings Artful, customers agree to the terms stated in this policy.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback for commissioned artwork after work has begun constitutes a violation of these terms.

Allthings Artful reserves the right to provide documentation of signed agreements, production progress, and delivery confirmation to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
